Happy New Year to one and all!  I can hardly believe how fast the Holiday’s went by this year.  We had so much family time.  It was really special.  On Christmas Eve we took off for Michigan to spend a few days with Tom’s immediate family.  We had such a wonderful time together.  His whole family were their, except his youngest brother and his family.  We missed them alot.  The kids all went together to purchase new wall paper and vinyl flooring for their kitchen.  It was fun to take Ma Eckert shopping.  Regina and myself jumped in and started wallpapering when we got home.  It was fun to see it come together.  It looks so nice and new now.

We got home for a few days, then off to Kentucky to spend the New Year with my parents.  My brother Ken and his family were there as well. We had a wonderful visit.  Dad and mom have spent so much time over the fall at our home, because of all that happened to me , that we haven’t gone to their house very much.  It was really fun to go see them!!

Well, what will this New Year bring?  It’s hard to tell, but it sure seems like it could be quite a year!

- I hope it brings me a kidney

- I know there will be a fun wedding (Uncle Roger)

- I hope there’s a trip to Colorado

- I know there will be lots of lunch dates with Michelle/Braedon

- I hope the front yard magically gets new landscaping

- I know with God’s help we can survive anything

- I hope God’s peace is with you all.

I am going to learn how to put lots of pictures on my blog this year.  Hopefully soon.  We just have the funniest little fellow and I’d love to share alot more of him.  So that’s my New Year’s resolution.

I thank God for the Blessing of life and health today.  I have really strengthened over this month and feel pretty much back into complete health.  I do recieve some more treatment this week ( Rituxin), and we are trusting that it will not set me back too much.  I will be back to blog again the end of the week!

God Bless You All!
