How fun to have springtime all around us now.  I have been so happy to be warm once again.  This past winter was the most cold and wet one that we have experienced in years.  It always amazes me how quickly the grass grows and trees bloom out.

We seem to have been quit busy lately.  Just lots of little things to do and go to.  The most exciting that I have to share is my exciting day with my dear friends,  Michelle Hilty and Patty Stamper.  We absolutely went nuts together at the Vera Bradley Outlet Sale in Fort Wayne.  It was so fun to get babysitters and go just ourselves.  What a lovely day we had.  We got really good bargains, for Vera Bradley lovers, we got $69.00 purses for $16.00.  Totally awesome.  I am now hooked! Not only did we find the bargains, we just had a really fun time together.  We laughed and talked and laughed and talked. It was totally refreshing.  So much so we plan to do our little sojourn every year.  I thought it was so neat last night when I called Patty and Michelle that they both kinda had the same story as me.  Our husbands and kids were excited about our day too, and wanted to hear all about it.  They looked at all our stuff the we were so proud of and oo’ed and awe’ed!  I actually got $700 of  gifts and my Mothers Day gift all for $200.  That is a nice deal.  My nieces and  sister-in-laws and mom had better hang on for whats coming the next time we’re together.  I have treats for you all.   I just want to say how blessed I feel and I know Patty and Michelle are the same,  to have kind thoughtful husbands who support and enjoy our moments of total insanity instead of mocking us! We have some pretty awesome guys!

Well, Uncle Roger and Betty’s wedding is tomorrow.  Hopefully it will be sunny and warm.  I wish them the best in their years together.

Then the next event to look forward to is Mother’s Day Weekend!  We will be with my entire family down at Cumberland Falls at a cabin.  It will be the best!   Nothing like family time!

Well I have a house to clean and groceries to buy!  Have a great weeklend.
