What a blessing to have the sun shining so brightly this morning.  It seems as though it has rained for weeks.  I don’t think that this is even an exaggeration.   Life has just been plugging along here.  I have had numerous doctors appointments, getting cleared once again  for surgery.   Our beautiful transplant angel friend is being tested now as well.  We are praying desperately that this will work out quickly.  Dialysis is getting harder to tolerate physically.  I know that my dear husband is weary as well with the getting up at four am to get it done before work.  ” God give us endurance ” is truly my prayer at this point.

There is a lot to look forward to though.  It looks like some of Tom’s family will come on Thanksgiving Day to our house.  Tom’s mom and dad are going to be at Dave and Regina’s over Thanksgiving and hopefully they will all make it over here for dinner that day.  It will be wonderful to spend the day with them.  I absolutely love Thanksgiving.  It is a fun holiday to make beautiful and special.

Then, for Christmas we are planning to be at Ken and Judy’s  with my family.  That should be a very special time as well.  I just hope it snows for Christmas this year.

I have been involved in a ladies Bible study this fall at our church.  It has been so refreshing to be involved in a good Bible study again.  To be inspired daily in things of the Word adds a richness to life you can’t get any other way.  The ladies in my group are very special and we have had a wonderful time.

By the way, I don’t think that I ever updated on here that we did find a wonderful church a few months ago.  We are attending the First Baptist Church of Carmel.  We have a good Bible teaching pastor again and our Sunday School leader is a wonderful Godly man as well.  We feel so blessed to have been able to settle into a church again.  Its sad that finding a Bible teaching church was so hard to do in America.

Well, I have a sick little boy today.  The H1N1 got him at school on Monday.  He has run a fever and slept a lot. Runny nose and cough.  I think that we are making headway today though.  So I need to go for now.  God Bless and Keep you all.
